I Lost a Listing. Here Is What I Did Next.

I spent days preparing for a listing appointment. A complete market analysis. A five scenario net proceeds sheet. A full presentation in black and gold with my photo, my credentials, and everything I believed that seller needed to see.

Then the phone rang. The appointment was cancelled before I ever walked through the door.



I drove past the property the next day. The other agent's sign was already in the yard.

I went home and mailed seventeen letters to expired listing sellers in Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay. I called every one I had a phone number for. I wrote two new articles. I filmed a video. I showed up the next day and did the work again.

Not because I was not hurt. Because showing up is who I am.
